* Make more slices out of your cake by cutting at least 1" hole in the center (like making a large donut) of the cake.

* For best results, consume baked goodies within three days of ppurchase. Some are best eaten on the day it is bought. Exception: Fruitcakes :-)

* You can freeze cookies up to four weeks; some clients even ask that I place their cookies inside Glad Freezer bags instead of the regular canisters. Please be assured though, that all of our products are always freshly made.
